-regulators of ranks of lower angels (I used the king chesspiece for a symbol of leadership), presiders of nations & look like beautiful humans with wings and have orbs fastened to their scepters or on their sword pommels

I had fun with the scepter-- at first, I didn't know what to do-- had to rack my brain for a design since the Authority angel already had a sword. But then I started sketching-- I wanted a floating something-- not hovering-- as in, it's staying in place. So after awhile, I got that swirly crozier design with the mane orb fixture & some of it's accents floating in place. Also, I'm glad how his face & hair turned out-- exquisite! ^^
